Joni Keaton

Community Engagegment Manager

Joni is responsible for building community partnerships and supporting the outreach and development efforts of the organization. Originally from Rockville, she returned to the area after graduating with dual degrees in Ballet Performance and International Studies from the University of Oklahoma. She dedicated a year of service as an AmeriCorps member with RTMC and subsequenty joined the team as a staff member. With an ongoing passion for the arts, she also continues to dance professionally with Gin Dance Company in Northern Virginia.
