RTMC Celebrates Its Committed Volunteers with A Night at Nats Park

“No one is more cherished in this world than someone who lightens the burden of another.”

On behalf of the staff and board at Rebuilding Together Montgomery County, I thank you for your countless hours spent nailing, drilling, cleaning, sweeping, painting, praying and supporting our homeowners in need.

Each client you serve enjoys the benefits of less stress, a safer and healthier home, and the security of knowing that they and family can remain living in their home for years to come.

On August 8th, at the Nationals Park, we were able to enjoy a beautiful night of baseball with our committed, extended RTMC family of volunteers. Though the Rockies rallied for 6-4 win over Nationals that night…we felt like we’d won because of the team effort you put forth on each and every home repair project completed this year.

Each of you play an integral role in ensuring that we keep our costs down while increasing our community impact.  Together, we’re able to rebuild homes, restore hope, and revitalize communicates across Montgomery County.

We truly appreciate your dedication to RTMC and hope you recognize, as we do, the valuable role you play in building stronger homes and communities thorough your volunteer service.

Thank you for your commitment we hope that you’ll join us again next year!

-Christina B. Johnson, Executive Director at Rebuilding Together Montgomery County
