Rebecca (Becky) Shank recently retired after over 35 years with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she had been a trial attorney, a program director (for the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act Division), an operations division director (coordinating HUD’s enforcement efforts against those acting in violation of HUD requirements), and a special assistant to the Director of HUD’s Departmental Enforcement Center (drafting newsletters, web updates and reports and reviewing HUD clearance matters). Becky graduated from Mount Holyoke College and the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Becky looks forward to using her experience to serve the RTMC team’s mission.
