Vivian Bacarreza

Bilingual Project Coordinator

Vivian is responsible for helping to coordinate repair programs and services to get our homeowners the help they need. She comes to RTMC with a wealth of experience, having worked on partnership development in the areas of environment and natural hazards for over 15 years, holding positions as both an international consultant and commercial specialist. She has also worked as a volunteer and done community outreach for schools and housing programs in the area. Vivian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Development, with a specialization in Urban Design from the University of Paris 8, French Urban Planning Institute. In her free time, Vivian plays in advanced women’s tennis leagues and works with youth tennis leagues in Montgomery County.
